
Another milestone in the industry
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) holds the oathtaking ceremonies on August 31, 2014, Sunday, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City, for the newly licensed real estate appraisers who passed the July 2014 board examinations. Special guests include Ms. Winie Manalang-Osal, REB, REA, Mr. Marc Bernard Siguenza, REALTOR®, REB from the Central Cebu Board of REALTORS, Inc., Mr. Abundio C. Gultiano, Jr., REALTOR®, REB, REA, REC, CIPS, founding Chairman, Central Cebu Board of REALTORS®, Inc., Hon. Eduardo G. Ong, Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) and President of the Philippine Association of Professional Regulatory Board Members (PAPRB) as the Guest of Honor, Wayne Wesly B. Bation the 4th place of the licensure examinations for real estate appraisers, Mr. Serafin G. Blanco, REALTOR®, REB, President of PhilRES Cebu Province Chapter and Ms. Ma. Emilie “Bobette” V. Ouano, REALTOR, REB.
Dr. Eduard G. Ong, Ph.D. also mentioned during his speech that there is no real estate bubble in the Philippines as many are speculating. The examinations for real estate appraisers has become harder and harder each year and we are very proud that we made it.
