It is with great honor and pride to announce that our team, Global Investment Director (GID) 45, is now growing and has become more productive. Today, we welcome two new members in our team, Zelmar Galvez, a WordPress web developer and programmer who is a former colleague of mine in our previous employment, and Jup Tumulak, a customer service representative from ePerformax, a business outsourcing company. Both are my good friends who are interested in becoming real estate service practitioners.
In the recent months, we have also experienced increase in sales from different team members. I am also happy to announce that our team members are moving on their own without the need to be pushed. Doing something on your own initiative is a quality of successful people and I am seeing this quality being demonstrated by my colleagues. I can really say that it was also “taking the initiative” that lead me to where I am today.
Furthermore, our colleague, Arjan Gibs Dadula launched his own website: http://realestatecebuproperties.weebly.com/and started uploading the various real estate project developments in Cebu. We will soon enhance our social media integration with our website and blog.
Lastly, there are more real estate projects coming in Cebu. This means we have more properties to sell. 🙂
