Having successfully satisfied the homeowners of the condominium, the company is expanding Phase Two which is composed of 3 condominium buildings, 15 floors each with a total of 688 units in the first quarter of 2017.

Terms & Conditions:

Rental Rate: PHP 25,000/month for a minimum of 6 months lease. Rate can be negotiated for longer term lease.

Lessors requires 2 months advance rental and 2 months security deposit. Advance rental can be used by the lessee at the beginning of the rent.

Lessor requires the unit to be properly maintained and cleaned by their caretaker at least once every 2 weeks for a fee.

All utility bills are in the account of the lessee.
